The Apple Books Project is a collaboration with Taberna de Haro and is the first Spanish Tapas interactive cookbook made available that offers high quality video.
The Apple Book Project provides high quality video cooking instructions on four mouthwatering tapas dishes prepared in the colorful kitchen of Taberna de Haro restaurant in Brookline MA and presented by Chef and Author Deborah Hansen.
This project included, multi-camera video production, sound editing, color grading, scripting, storyboarding, iBooks Author layout and publishing, and eating absolutely mouthwateringly delicious Spanish cuisine during and after the video shoots.
Several screenshots are provided for review below, as well as the online version of the Intro video clip from the interactive cook book "A White, A Red and a Spanish Spread", Book One in the series "Taberna de Haro - Much Mas!". Enjoy!
